We have worked with our clients to improve their IT Infrastructure and Systems, enabling substantial overnight cost-savings, and providing a scalable platform for future growth. It's our core belief that the most significant efficiency gains can be attained by considering all departments within a business and the information flow between them, including up and down the management hierarchy. The less segregated this communication, and the more seamlessly it flows, the higher the efficiency gains. This impacts directly on a number of areas of the business including team morale and motivation, since individuals are being provided with better and more efficient tools to do their job.

What we often find however is that these system changes and improvements are often best coupled with an overview of the current company structure. Revising job descriptions and management reporting chains, when combined with more practical and efficient software tools, can bring further gains, and once again provide a more stable foundation to drive revenue and growth.

Other areas we have worked on include retro-fitting and integrating new technologies into existing vending equipment, such as Media Screens and Telemetry systems, or alternatively we can also work closely with our clients and an engineering team to develop bespoke hardware, giving them a competitive edge over others within the industry.
